Rite Window and our manufacturing partner Gorell Windows and Doors honors the following warranty

LIFETIME WARRANTY ON VINYL FRAMES AND SASHES
Gorell warrants that the vinyl finish on the windows and their sashes will not crack, blister, peel, or discolor (except for normal weathering) under normal use and service for as long as you own your home.

50-YEAR WARRANTY ON GLASS UNIT
All glass in the windows is warranted to be free from defects in material and manufacturing, and free from material obstruction of view caused by film formation and/or dust collection between the interior surface of the glass due to the failure of the seal, under normal use and service, for 50 years from the date of purchase.

50-YEAR WARRANTY ON GLASS BREAKAGE
Replacement glass will be provided free of charge once the product is installed in your home for any broken glass unit in the window, regardless of cause, for 50 years from the date of installation. (exception: units with beveled/specialty/leaded glass or glass with InterBlinds)

50-YEAR WARRANTY ON PARTS AND ACCESSORIES
Accessories and parts affixed to the windows are warranted to be free from defects in material and manufacturing, under normal use and service, for 50 years from the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not apply to any accessories not affixed to our windows when shipped from the factory

50-YEAR WARRANTY ON LABOR
All installations are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship. Labor Warranty - All labor necessary to correct any item covered by any portion of the total warranty will be provided at no extra charge by RiteWindow LLC.

TRANSFERABLE
This warranty may be transferred to the Owner's immediate transferee provided the owner or transferee notifies Gorell in writing at the address below within 90 days of the property's deed transfer date. The correspondence must include the original Owner's name and address, transferee's name and address, and the RiteWindow main office address.
