To our Valued Homeowners and Friends,

The last several weeks have brought unprecedented challenges to our lives and businesses. We want to let you know that we take the current situation seriously and we will work to maintain the safety of you, your home, and our employees. We continue to follow, monitor, and adhere to the CDC, state and local recommendations that are currently in place regarding residential construction practices and have taken the following precautions when conducting business.

FOR CUSTOMERS WITH PROJECTS IN-PROCESS

We acknowledge your anticipation and excitement of your product installation. We are taking the following precautions when entering your home, while measuring your project and while conducting the installation of your project.

  1. We will avoid direct contact and practice social distancing while in your home. If possible, we ask that you remain a minimum of 6’-8’ from our installation team members during the installation.
  2. We will wear a mask or face covering while in your home.
  3. We will wear gloves while in your home and handling your product.
  4. We will use hand sanitizer throughout the measurement and installation process as needed.
  5. We will wipe down all touched surfaces with an anti-bacterial solution after all products are measured and installed.

Upon completion of your project we recommend you fill out the final paperwork with your own pen. We will try to eliminate any unnecessary physical contact while completing this paperwork. If requested prior to the day of installation we can complete the final completion paperwork for your project via email.

FOR THOSE INTERESTED IN GETTING A NEW PROJECT STARTED

We value your interest in our company and having us assist you in your home improvement project. We are taking the following precautions when entering the home and while conducting the appointment.

  1. We will avoid direct contact and practice social distancing while in your home.
  2. We will wear a mask or face covering while in your home.
  3. We will offer to wash our hands upon walking into your home.
  4. We will use hand sanitizer throughout the appointment as needed.
  5. We will wipe down all sample products with anti-bacterial wipes before and after use in the home. We will eliminate the need for customers to touch our products and computers during demonstrations.

Furthermore, if we are able to earn your business, we recommend the customer fills out paperwork with their own pen. We will try to eliminate any unnecessary physical contact while completing this paperwork.

MOST IMPORTANTLY

Should any of our employee display symptoms or become ill, we are mandating that they self-quarantine and be tested prior to returning to work.  Luckily, as of today none of our employees or their family members have shown any symptoms or signs of illness.

Hopefully, this shows you Rite Window’s commitment to providing a safe environment for our employees and customers.  We thank you for your business and continued partnership for all your home improvement needs.

Sincerely,

Ted Castonguay and Peter DeVellis
